Who are we?
Blue Arches was founded by two consultants with a passion for infrastructure economics and diverse and complementary backgrounds.
After 4 years in the economic department of SETEC International, Nicolas joined the consulting business in 2007 to help Alenium Consultant develop its transport practice, and then Ernst & Young in 2014 to extend the advisory practice service offering to economic studies. In 2022, Nicolas joined forces with Tarak Bouacida to establish the company Blue Arches.
A civil engineer from the Ponts et Chaussées, Nicolas assists public and private stakeholders at all stages of their projects, from prospective studies to the auditing of existing services and procurement.

Tarak Bouacida is an engineer by training and an economist by profession. He has had a diversified career, from consulting (Ernst & Young) to strategic management of a large French company (SNCF Réseau), and a political stint (Cabinet of the Tunisian Minister of Transport).
In 2022, Tarak joined forces with Nicolas Gohel to establish the company Blue Arches.
Tarak puts his expertise in project economics and his analytical mind at the disposal of his private and public clients.
